Well, I have made a fitness plan. I have decided to lace up my tennis shoes and get healthier. I really have to. Not only because I NEED to get healthier but I really HAVE to get healthy. I wrote this post a few weeks ago, and have tried to make healthier choices and be more active. I really drank way too much pop. Or as everyone around here in my new city calls it soda. Since I started my health challenge I have cut pop out of my diet. I am feeling much better since I haven’t had it, and I feel less bloated. I know I need to take things even farther, though, so here is my fitness plan.
To kick up my exercise I decided to join a team Beachbody challenge and I am now writing a post on my blog. I am not a coach or trying to sell you anything I just want to share with you what my fitness plan is. I have a Beachbody coach and a team of people helping me stay accountable through team Beachbody. This team plus you my blogging friends are going to help hold me accountable. I am not here to sell Beachbody to you, but I have used them before and like the workouts. That’s why I am choosing to use their workouts again. Pushing play at home is the easiest and most convenient way for me to do it instead of going to the gym. I also am also drinking the Shakeology with my program. The Shakeology really is delicious and so healthy even though it’s rather expensive.
The program I bought is Piyo. I have never done Piyo before. I have always liked pilates, and really kind of dislike yoga. Yoga has always been way to slow for me. So I was hesitant to buy this workout, but with the help of my coach I have come to realize this program will really benefit my core to get it stronger. I have tried a few of the workouts already and Piyo is way different than just yoga. So far I am liking it! The stretches feel great and it’s not a slow workout at all. My core is very weak, and with having a child with special needs I really need to build up my core strength to keep myself strong to not only lift her but so I don’t injury myself as well.
